On 28 April, IN131 led 100 volunteers to Tseung Kwan O to create a caring day for 75 patients with Rett Syndrome and other rare disease and their families.

IN131 understands that as patients with rare diseases is a minority. Therefore, many people in the community may not see their difficulties and needs. Hong Kong does not have a clear definition of rare diseases and there is no relevant medical and support policy. Therefore, IN131 decided to use their influencing power to let more people know and pay attention to the patients with rare diseases, and at the same time give them care and support.

They prepared a variety of programs for the service target, including booth games, singing performances, taekwondo performances, Muay Thai performances, magic performances.... They also prepared a lot of Lego blocks and worked together to build a lot of "love."

IN131 took just two weeks to organize this great service. They exerted their possibilities and influencing power to raise materials such as cotton candy machines, popcorn machines, gifts, food, etc., and raised nearly 150,000 Hong Kong dollars donations to support people with rare diseases and more people in need. From the process of fundraising, they learned the importance of unity and focus. They tried their best all the time to prepare. On the event day, when IN131 see the patient and families smile, they experienced a kind of joy from the heart, and really felt that the IN131 team is working together to create a passion, love and contribution world!
