Fandy is director of the Invision Charity Foundation. She has been leading the IN Volunteer Group to contribute to society and to pass on love to different disadvantaged groups in society. At the same time, she is the manager of the Hong Kong Invision Center of IN department, and also a course tutor and head coach. She is loyal, own, dare to take risks, responsible, and is full of mission to build a city, and travel a lot to make a breakthrough to many people from Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.

Fandy is good at using sincere and precise guidance, and a firm and rigorous standpoint to let others live in the leaders aspect and constantly change their life achievements. She makes the INs in the city to be united and work towards a common vision to build a more abundant and superior home.
