Iris is the development manager of Invision Charity Foundation. She always has a sincerity and warm heart to lighten every corners of the society, and at the same time agglomerates the public welfare power, co-ordinates every excellent public welfare activities, including IN community service every month to provide supervision and consultation, supporting IN leaders to spread love and use their leadership to contribute to society. Every day, she is rigorous to connect all parties with love, and coordinate with different government departments, social welfare organizations, voluntary organizations and business organizations to make every event smoothly and excellently completed.

Iris is full of commitment to the vision of being better to the world, co-operating with the IN Volunteer Group nicely to contribute to the largest number of people in real action. In 2017, with the support of Iris, "Under the Same Roof" and "Mooncake Event" of China-Hong Kong were well organized; and organized directors of Foundation and Hong Kong Volunteers to visit the Nepal project that the Foundation donated to establish after the earthquake, sending love and care; at the same time, organized "Fly for Love" with the IN Volunteer Group to lead the angel families and volunteers to fly to Taiwan to bravely pursue dreams. The place where Iris is, always brings full positive energy, and sends meticulous love and care to the most subtle places.
