On 5 January, IN140 held a large-scale community service “Growth together for making result”. Together with nearly 150 volunteers, IN140 brought a day of care and joy for 33 patients with tuberous sclerosis complex and their families.

In order to let more people pay attention to tuberous sclerosis, IN140 and volunteers as well as the service targets tied the wool on the apples, meaning the nodules, and built more than a thousand apples into a large palm representing working together with same heart.

At the same time, IN140 prepared wonderful performances and abundant blessing bags for the target families. IN140 also seized the opportunity to connect with the service targets and their family members, caring about their daily needs, and raised nearly 170,000 donations through the event.

IN140 also learned to put their focus outward and how to play the role of unity in the event, which also improved the communication, the importance of learning rigor and follow-up. When they see the smile of the service target, all efforts are worthwhile.
