On 27 October, IN138 held a large-scale social service "Love - Caregiver". IN138 led nearly 100 volunteers to create a day of care, connected and joy for 105 mentally handicapped people and their caregivers. Not only let the mentally handicapped people to have a good time, but also pay tribute to the caregivers and let them temporarily relax and enjoy the activities.

IN138 raised more than $156,000 and donated more than $44,000 through the Foundation to The Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council to support psychological and spiritual attention and support.
