Hong Kong low-income families report 2016 indicated that children aged between 0 and 17, every one among four children live in low-income families. Living in low-income families makes these children full of restrictions, they dare to think about dreams, their potential and so on. Parents also work long hours for their livings, ignoring the time to spend with their children.

IN143 specially held this large-scale community service "Children's Heart Children’s Fun Charity Day" to bring them into the social cares and funds. At the same time, through different activities, the interaction between parents and children is raised, understanding and communication are also enhanced, let them have a relaxing, joyful weekend and warm, unforgettable memories.
