The society is paying more and more attention to the issue of population aging. In response to the urgent demand of the society, when IN146 preparing for their large-scale community service, they focus on a group of elderly who are unhealthy, weak, and long-term patients, are lacking in self-care ability and no family dependence. Besides, preparing a number of activities for them to cherish the feelings of Hong Kong in the past, including the booth activities, nostalgic corner studios, basin feast lunch, etc., sharing their stories together, reviewing their silent contribution to the society and the family, and at the same time letting them received the affirmation of the value of their own lives in their later years. On the other hand, through this event, we arouse the attention to the importance of relying on the old-age care, and let more enthusiastic people to actively take the initiative to participate in regional volunteer service for elderlies.
