The preparatory committee members are all dedicated and committed volunteers. They prepare different activities with heart and sending cares and loves to communities with different needs.

This past Saturday, Eric conducted The Preference workshop for the preparatory committee as a senior tutor of The Preference, with the assistance of Fanny and Barbara, in an interesting workshop, let everyone see the potential of themselves and others, and at the same time reviewing own blind spot and reminding the importance of neutrality.

More importantly, it is more tolerance and appreciation to understand the preferences of others. At the same time, it is also known that preference is not equal to ability, so that we can learn from each other more strategically.
