IN131 understands that the number of patients with rare diseases is a minority, not many people in the society can see their difficulties and needs. Therefore, on 28 April, IN131 led 100 volunteers to create a caring day for 75 Rett Syndrome patients and their families in Tseung Kwan O.
IN131 donated more than 178,000 Hong Kong dollars to the Invision Charity Foundation, which was received by the director of the Foundation, Dr. Chris Lam, and more than 83,000 Hong Kong dollars would be donated to the Hong Kong Rett Syndrome Association through the Foundation to support rehabilitation assessment and treatment for patients with Rett Syndrome, strengthen support for patient families and promote community education.
