In the blink of an eye, 2018 came to the end of the year.
Do you remember the goals you set for yourself at the beginning of the year?
Let's summarize it together!

Summarizing is as important as setting goals.
Because we can effectively see our position from the summary,
Let yourself not deviate from the purpose,
And learn from it, and achieve goals more effectively.

So how to summarize is effective?
1. Summarizes with fact but not feelings
The turnover, the customer's return rate, the customer's satisfaction score, the health index... determined based on data, but not what I think I have achieved or not. Making a summary at different levels, results, behaviors, attitudes.

2. Sum up with a neutral and honest attitude
The result is only a neutral data reflecting the current situation. In order to create learning, to achieve goals more effectively, without beautifying or modifying, honestly looking at the results can effectively examine and gain learning.

3. Whether result is achieved or not can make some learning
Whether the goal is excellently reached or non-compliance, there are strength that can be developed and something need to be strengthened. Reaching the goal excellently do not mean that there is no need to review, or there is nothing good when the goal has not been reached. Not to feel conceited when winning and not to lose heart when losing, learning from every detail.

4. Bring learning to the next step
Where can the summed up learning be applied to? Internalize learning into wisdom, bring it to different fields, lay a foundation for the next step, and let yourself be in a state of continuous improvement.

5. Don't forget to celebrate
No matter what is summed up, it is worth celebrating because we have created valuable learning for ourselves!

In 2018, thanks to your peers, we have created rich results in an environment of constant innovation and change.

Every month, the public welfare activities of IN as well as the "Mooncake Event" and "Fly for Love" organized by IN Volunteer Group served nearly 16,000 people. We also held Trainer Global Social Service Project and went to Nepal to train the local young leaders to play our profession to ignite the light of life.
